1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for damaged diffuser jewellery items only, within 30 days of the original purchase date. No returns for change of mind.
Essential oil blends that have been damaged and received that way upon immediate delivery, may be eligible for a replacement or refund. No returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to arrange for a replacement or refund. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and photos of the damage.
Australian Consumer Law: Our policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which provides consumers with certain rights regarding refunds, repairs, and replacements for faulty goods.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Return Shipping:
A postage paid label will be emailed to you to print out and place on your return package. A tracking number will be issued when the label is created by us.

Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Refunds:
We offer full refunds for damaged or defective returned items that meet the eligibility criteria. We may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.
